Smile Add a "/mute" Command

WHAT ?

Add a "mute" command. The result is the same as adding target player to your ignore list, except that this particular ignore list resets everytime you "zone".

WHERE ?

The command should be available only while in towns.

HOW ?

-Typing "/mute playername" add playername to a temporary ignore list.

-Could add an optionnal button to the GUI (similar to the "Trade" button) for quicker operations.

-When you "zone", the temporary ignore list empties itself.

-This list could be stored localy so there is no added cost for the server.

WHY ?

My Ignore list is reserved for those players so $@%#@% that I never want to hear from them again. However, I would like to filter out annoyances like :

-Players buying and selling in the local channel.
-Players spaming the trade channel with an item I'm not interested in.
-Players doing emotes contest (aka "Let's see how many jumps I can do in 1 min !")
-PUGs looking for a specic class which I am not.
-Players (... Insert your own annoying behaviour)
-Etc.

Although, removing the limit(I'm sure there's a 10 person limit, could be wrong) on the ignore list would be fine with me, there just isn't enough space on there, unless they changed it...
